Alerts Delivery by Hixny
Hixny has been awarded a contract by the New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) on behalf of the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY) to deliver patient alerts—including admit, discharge, and transitional care notifications—to healthcare providers and health insurers statewide. You may have heard this called SEAS (Statewide Encounter Alerts powered by Hixny). Beginning February 2026, providers can submit a request directly or QEs can submit a request on behalf of their participant providers to connect to Hixny’s service.
